2- Notarize your document

Upload your document at the main dashboard, with a title and a description, and click the button. We’ll register your file digital fingerprint in blockchain in a few seconds.

3- Download your receipt

Download your receipt with all the transaction data and access to the historical of notarized documents. Remember: we don’t keep your original files.

4- Keep original document

To maintain the validity of the registration it is essential to present the exact same file you registered. The verification process detects the smallest modifications.

Certyfile advantages

Testimonials

Great Product!

My experience with Certyfile has been very good. At the beginning I had doubts about the files that I could or could not upload to the web, but I wrote to them and they answered me on the same day. Besides, later I discovered that they had the answer in the FAQ, in case someone else needs it. As for the rest of the things, I highlight its usability since in a few seconds I was able to register and upload the first document.

Amazing find 🙂

I had been looking for a tool to really boost my business for some time, something that makes a difference, and I have to admit that Certyfile has surprised me a lot. I did not expect to find such an innovative software for this price, with which to be able to use real blockchain technology.
In just minutes, and with 2 clicks, I have certified all my documentation, in an extremely easy way. (And to make sure, I have verified the documents and yes, they are actually registered in the blockchain network)
Its simplicity and proposal is a step forward, to start using this technology.

Excellent!

After having used it with some of my company’s confidential files, I think it is a very useful tool, especially for small and medium-sized companies that can’t afford the technical development Blockchain technology usually needs.

Easy to use and good feedback from customers

Product tested at my ecommerce with good results. The process to certify documents is very simple and, in my case, sending certified guarantees with blockchain to my clients has been very well received. I think this extra assurance is a good marketing tool to differentiate yourself.

Pre-patent

In my case I have a business idea that I want to implement but due to lack of time it may take a while. I don’t think this is the time to spend money and get into trouble with patents, but I think that being able to have this prior certification could help me.

The application has been quite simple for me and the point of attaching my identity to the certificate is very good, because if not, I imagine that anyone who could do with the certification they send you could say that it is theirs.

Really nice

Certyfile works really well and has surpassed my expectations. I’ve registered several files and the process is very simple. I was expecting a longer wait time between sending the files and getting the register confirmation, as I know some blockchains take a while to confirm transactions, but it was fairly fast. I think it is a great tool to protect myself and my clients, and quite a bargain to keep my peace of mind.

Very good experience

Very easy to use, you can certify any document just by following the steps. The only thing to improve is the speed of the web page.

JohnAdam12

All perfect!

More than 50 certified documents in a few minutes and everything is perfect. I’m in business and everything was very intuitive, good user experience.

Foxpit1978

Excellent Product!

This application functions as a gem, offering a special solution, wonderful assistance. Highly recommended.

Capicho

Robust and gimmick-free platform

Certyfile is a tool that anyone in business can use, without having to waste time reading a manual or bothering a technician. This made my job much easier. And technically everything went smoothly. The document registration process is easy and safe.

Jeyson_Shanatos

Great product.

I have just certified several documents and everything is very fast and perfect. This is indeed a good use case with blockchain technology, which is going to transform the notarial industry. For price and ease of use.

When you certify a document, you can download a pdf with all the registration data, like this example:

What happens if one day Certyfile ceases to exist? Would the certificate lose its validity?2022-11-16T17:53:47+01:00

Nothing would happen to your certified documents, because they are certified on a public blockchain network (in this case Polygon Matic) with thousands of nodes, and it would have to disappear completely. Which is something completely impossible.

Are unspent subscription credits cumulative when renewed annually?2022-11-18T00:33:18+01:00

Unspent credits from annual subscriptions and special offers do not accumulate when the next billing period is renewed.

What legal validity do these certifications have?2022-04-22T10:43:41+01:00

Blockchains are considered as public attesters that we all know and use regularly (such as notaries, land registries, commercial registries, etc.). A Blockchain certification is an alternative to these traditional registrars and, therefore, equally valid to accurately verify the date, content, and ownership or authorship of any digital or documentary content (contract, minutes, audio, image, …).

iCommunity Labs, owner and marketer of Certyfile, complies with eIDAS regulations and is a trusted electronic services provider authorized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain

What type of digital content can I certify?2022-04-22T10:42:05+01:00

You can certify all kinds of different events associated with any digital content.

Some examples are:

  • Contract signing
  • Signing of minutes of meetings
  • Photographic evidence (such as proof in a product claim, for an insurance part, demonstrating attendance at an event, etc.)
  • Audio recordings (conversations, speeches, etc.)
  • Audiovisual compositions (songs, presentations, etc.)
  • Designs (plans, sketches, prototypes, etc.)
  • …
What happens to my certifications if I unsubscribe from the service?2022-04-22T10:43:11+01:00

Certyfile allows you to certify any document on robust blockchains that are independent of iCommunity Labs and supported by a wide community of users, such as major public decentralized networks (for example Ethereum and Polygon).

Therefore, certifications made through Certyfile will always be accessible and will persist, even if the user deletes their Certyfile account or iCommunity Labs disappears in the future. This converts the certifications issued by Certyfile into fully available digital evidence for audits or technical reports and with legal or simply probative effects in dispute processes or similar.

However, you must remember that to verify the certification of a document you must be in possession of the original certified file and, if the digital certification was not done through the Certyfile website, you must recreate the appropriate certification procedure (title, description, the standard algorithm of encryption, etc.) published by iCommunity Labs through its website.

Can I use Certyfile to verify contents that have been certified with other platforms?2022-04-22T10:42:30+01:00

No, we can only verify certifications made with Certyfile. This is because we certify not only the file uploaded with the content, but also the identity of the person who certifies it or who is associated with it.

I have a system with which I manage documentation or signature processes, could Certyfile be integrated into my system?2022-04-22T10:44:00+01:00

Certyfile is a tool developed using iCommunity Labs’ Blockchain-as-a-Service platform . This means that Certyfile integrates with iCommunity’s platform through their API. Any other external business solution that wants to add this same functionality could do so through these API.
If you are interested in integrating this functionality into your business solution or developing a new solution that makes use of blockchain-based certification, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.

Legal compliance “by technology”

Blockchain

Blockchain has revolutionized how we store and share information. Using cryptography to keep information secure, blockchain offers a decentralized public ledger, based on a network of independent computers called nodes. Each of these nodes validates and approves the registries by consensus, which reduces the dependencies and vulnerabilities of centralized ledgers.

Digital identity

Just as when you go to a notary to sign a document, or when you go to a public centralized registry (civil, commercial, property,…) to register something and they ask for your identification document (ID, passport, driving license) to verify your identity, we do the same here. This is how the certifications issued by Certyfile are fully legal compliance arround the world.

GDPR compliance

Don’t worry about privacy, since your personal data will not be shared with anyone and will only be used for this purpose. You should also know that when carrying out the certifications in the blockchain, this information will not be accessible, thanks to the cryptography we use to “anonymize” all operations, keeping your personal data safe.
