Purchase terms and condition
Certyfile is a product of iCommunity Labs & Tech S.L. (hereinafter “iCommunity Labs” or “iCommunity”), which is a company governed by Spanish law, with registered office in Madrid, at C/Colmenares, nº3, Bajo-D, CP 28004, Madrid, with C.I.F. Offers and promotions
The offers available on the web are limited to the first 500 purchases that pay for the product on offer, except in exceptional situations explicitly indicated in the promotion. Any offer will end when its defined time ends, or the available packages, whatever comes first. The discounts applied are on the standard rate of the product.
In the case of subscriptions, the offers apply only to the first payment, except for exceptional situations explicitly indicated. In the case of the lifetime launch offer, the discount is forever, as long as the subscription is not cancelled, renewing automatically each year for the same discounted amount of €29.90.
All packages and subscriptions are annual. Credits that are not consumed within this period are not cumulative.
By confirming your subscription, you authorize iCommunity Labs & Tech S.L. to make future charges to your card in accordance with this terms and conditions. You can cancel it at any time, but with a minimum of 24 hours before its renewal. To cancel your subscription, access the Settings page, in the “Subscriptions” tab and select the subscription you want to cancel. Deleting your account does not guarantee the automatic cancellation of your subscription.

2 The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to monthly or annual subscription renewals. Once the first subscription purchase is made, the following renewals will be automatic and you will have to cancel it before the charge is made.
The resale or unauthorized use of the credits acquired by third parties that are not the account owner is prohibited. In the case of unlimited annual subscriptions and avoid possible abusive uses that could harm the operation of the platform, the consumption will be monitored monthly, and use can be restricted if such abusive uses are detect. iCommunity considers as “abusive uses” subscriptions that exceed more than 1500 annual registrations without just cause. If this is the case, the subscription will be canceled, without the right to a refund.
NFTs are limited to 10 NFTs per year, with a maximum mint of up to 1,000 units per NFT. It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide the address of a Polygon compatible wallet. The user is solely responsible for the costs related to sending the NFTs to third parties, costs related to the listing for sale of the NFTs, registration costs of their Opensea account and any other costs related to transactions in the blockchain.
The only person responsible for the registration is the user who agrees to register works of his own, or failing that, those that have the appropriate permissions. The images used for the preview of the NFT must be authored by the user or they must have permission from the author to use it.
To stimulate the ICOM ecosystem, ICOM subscriptions are targeted at individuals and small businesses who must have a balance of at least 100,000 ICOM tokens in their ICOM account. Users may make a reasonable number of registrations at iCommunity’s discretion and up to 10 NFTs per year. ICOM subscriptions are not limited, but iCommunity reserves the right to cancel and/or change the eligibility conditions for this subscription.
Basis of the raffle
The following raffle for 10 FREE annual accounts forever, is part of the Musicdibs and Davcopy September offer.
- All purchasers of annual subscriptions made between September 1st, 2022, and September 31st, 2022, both inclusive, will be eligible for the prize.
- The draw will be carried out online and randomly through the website https://echaloasuerte.com/ .
- The 10 winners will be announced on iCommunity’s social netorks account, and will be contacted by email.
- The 10 winners will get a 100% refund on their annual subscription purchase.
- The winners’ subscriptions will be renewed each year free of charge, as long as the Musicdibs and/or Davcopy platform remains commercially operational. iCommunity labs reserves the right to modify these bases, due to force majeure.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
In compliance with the duty of information in remote contracts established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in its last revision, in effect since March 29, 2014, the information reflected in this document is made known to the consumer.
Online purchase process
The validation of an order on our website implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of use and purchase as expressed on this page.
After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an email with the registration of their order within a period of less than 24 hours. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or your server’s policy for blacklist emails.
The prices shown on our website always include 21% VAT. in Spain.
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our website and a certification and verification service, through which we try to offer fast and efficient service to our customers. If you have any questions about using vertical, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
Due to the nature of the blockchain, certifications can take several minutes to confirm. If for any reason your blockchain registration fails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us the title of the failed transactio, and we will proceed to make a refund of the credit used as soon as possible.
The customer has up to 14 calendar days to withdraw from any purchase made on this website. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, there is no longer the possibility of withdrawal, nor of requesting a refund.

To request withdrawal, send us an email to email@example.com informing us of your name, ID number or other identification document used in the registration process, username and order number. We will proceed to refund the entire amount paid in up to 14 calendar days using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
As a consequence of the withdrawal, we will deduct the respective amount of credits from your account.
In accordance with current regulations, customers have up to 30 calendar days to request a refund of their credit purchases. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase or if part of the credits of the purchased pack have been consumed, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind (neither total nor partial). Credits given away when signing up to the vertical website are not refundable in any way.
To request a refund of purchased credits, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org us of your name, ID number or other identification document used in the registration process, username and order number. We’ll process it as soon as possible, returning the entire amount paid within 14 calendar days by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction and deducting the respective amount of credits from your account.
