The validation of an order on our website implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of use and purchase as expressed on this page.
After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an email with the registration of their order within a period of less than 24 hours. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or your server’s policy for blacklist emails.
The prices shown on our website always include 21% VAT. in Spain.
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our website and a certification and verification service, through which we try to offer fast and efficient service to our customers. Due to the nature of the blockchain, certifications can take several minutes to confirm. If for any reason your blockchain registration fails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us the title of the failed transactio, and we will proceed to make a refund of the credit used as soon as possible.
The customer has up to 14 calendar days to withdraw from any purchase made on this website. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, there is no longer the possibility of withdrawal, nor of requesting a refund.
1 If you wish to cancel the renewal of a subscription (monthly or annual) you must do so before it occurs automatically, from your user account.
2 The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to subscription renewals (monthly or annual). Once the first subscription purchase is made, the following renewals will be automatic and you will have to cancel it before the charge is made.
To request withdrawal, send us an email to email@example.com informing us of your name, ID number or other identification document used in the registration process, username and order number. We will proceed to refund the entire amount paid in up to 14 calendar days using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
As a consequence of the withdrawal, we will deduct the respective amount of credits from your account.
In accordance with current regulations, customers have up to 30 calendar days to request a refund of their credit purchases. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase or if part of the credits of the purchased pack have been consumed, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind (neither total nor partial). Credits given away when signing up to the vertical website are not refundable in any way.
To request a refund of purchased credits, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org us of your name, ID number or other identification document used in the registration process, username and order number. We’ll process it as soon as possible, returning the entire amount paid within 14 calendar days by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction and deducting the respective amount of credits from your account.
